🤠 Return & Refund Policy

At Cowboy Skin Club, we stand by every jar of skin armour we send your way. If something ain’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

🕰️ Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it—no questions asked.

To cancel, email us at howdy@cowboyskinclub.com with your order number. You’ll then have another 14 days to return the item.

If cancelled within this legal window:

  • ✅ We’ll refund your full order value, including standard delivery charges

  • 🚚 You’ll need to cover return shipping (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)

🔁 Our Extended 30-Day Policy
We go further than the law. You’ve got 30 days from delivery to return unopened, unused items in their original condition.

To start a return:
📩 Email us at howdy@cowboyskinclub.com with your order number and reason for return
📦 We’ll provide return instructions once approved

❌ What You Can’t Return

  • Opened or used skincare (unless faulty)

  • Returns requested after 30 days

  • Gift cards or digital downloads (if applicable)

🛠️ Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
We work hard to get it right—but if something’s gone wrong:

  • 📸 Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos if possible

  • 💬 We’ll sort it fast with a replacement or a full refund

💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:

  • ⏱️ We’ll issue a refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

  • 🚫 Upgraded shipping fees (e.g. next-day delivery) are not refunded

📮 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We’ll provide the return address once your request is approved
