🚚 Where We Ship
We currently ship across the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. If you’re outside the UK and want to place an order, drop us a line at howdy@cowboyskinclub.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
⏱️ Processing Times
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Please allow extra time during busy periods (like sales or holidays) — we're fast, but we're not cowboys on horseback.

Please note: once the package leaves the UK, we can’t control delays due to customs or local delivery networks — but we’re happy to help if anything goes wrong.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

💥 Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged:

We’ll liaise with the courier and make it right — whether that’s a replacement or refund
📬 Address Mistakes
Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout!
We can’t be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error. If the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it — but you may need to cover the shipping cost again.
